Cupcake Toppers

I Am Really Interested In Making Cupcake Toppers. I Have Most Of The Items I Need To Make Them. The Only Thing I Can't Find Are The Cute Images (mickey Mouse, Dr. Seuss, Safari Animals, Etc.) That Go On The Topper. Where Do You Find Those At? Do You Have To Make Them Yourself On A Computer Program Or Can You Find Them Online?
