You just put them on anything with white icing under them. You get 12, 2.25 inch round toppers.  You can have 3 image choices with each order (4 of each image) Cupcake/Cookie topper images can be put on anything with white frosting under them, even canned white frosting, it acts as the "GLUE". Very easy, like an edible sticker but can be pealed off before eating if you desire They come pre-cut, and hold up great in the mail. They can actually be put on ANYTHING with white icing, brownie, rice krispy treats, you name it. Toppers are made from wafer paper, its similar to rice paper. It's FDA approved and Kosher. Ingredients: potato starch,water,vegetable oil. ---------------------------------------------- If you want to get creative with cookies here are some tips I found on a website. For fancy cookies: Images can be applied to royal icing after it hardens. You can brush on a little corn syrup and apply the wafer paper image. There are many tutorials on youtube about working with wafer paper. Feel free to contact me if you would like the link. This is one royal icing recipe, but their are many more on the internet. 1 pound powdered (confectioner’s) sugar 3 rounded tablespoons of meringue powder 6 – 8 tablespoons of warm water 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or clear vanilla extract (optional) In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine the powdered sugar and the meringue powder. Whisk the two together by hand. Add 6 tablespoons of water to the mixture and add the lemon juice or vanilla extract, if desired.
